a reasonable experience

the staff showed real care. attention to detail was apparent, little touches in the room and the hotel, in general, made a difference. we received a welcome drink upon arrival, this was a nice touch! a member of staff gave us a map and explained the areas, this was helpful.
the room's lighting was poor. an uplighter wouldn't turn off, i had to unplug it every night. there was only a single-width wardrobe. this wasn't enough for a six-night stay! the wardrobe door hit the bedside table, it wouldn't open fully

fantastic stay!

the staff were really good! deo greeted us and gave us a complete overview of local attractions! our room had artifacts with qr codes explaining their history! the minibar was fully stocked and free! there were also cute little treats left for us. sonja remembered our coffee order at breakfast!
The lighting in the room was poor, and an uplighter wouldn't turn off. I had to unplug it nightly. the wardrobe had only a single width and few hangers. the door hit the bedside table. a door looking like a cupboard revealed only an empty space. i would have liked a coffee machine in the room instead of ordering it. the maid gave me orange juice instead of peach juice.
Service

the staff acted as a real team and were friendly, helpful, and efficient! the service provided was really good and stood out! i really felt welcomed by everyone i encountered.

The front desk staff seemed helpful to me. The bright room included a comfy bed. The building presented modern design inside an ancient structure. I thought it was super cool.
I found lighting to be poor in the room. The mini bar did not offer a coffee machine. I would have preferred a machine. I noticed an uplighter that would not turn off. I had to unplug it every night.
